How was your weekend? I spent mine cooking and having guests over, watching a couple of Nigerian movies on Iroko tv and having a good laugh. Am I the only one finding it hard to adjust to day light savings? sigh! losing one hour of sleep isn't funny but what can one do but adjust. Oh well!

I wore this dress to church on thanksgiving Sunday, and I got a lot of compliments. I was pretty proud of myself 'inserts wide grin' lol! I love mixing prints and I had fun designing and making this dress. Hope you like it as much as I do.

I'm still working on the collection coming on sale on the blog soon, its so stressful but i'm loving every moment of it. Can't wait for you guys to see it and buy. The dress is kind of a sneak peek of what you should expect for sale on the blog. Ok!  Enough ranting! Enjoy the rest of week guys and God bless!

Hi guys,

Happy new year!!!! I know i'm about a month and some days late and I apologise for my tardiness. lol! I just realised I've not been here since October and I do apologise. The end of 2013 was quite crazy for me because I left Maryland to Nigeria before I started any wedding plans and it was just madness all the way.

I will try to blog pictures of the wedding so you guys can share in my joy. It was hands down the happiest day of my life. Ok! I've been working on some things this year, I want to open a shop on my blog to sell some pieces I make since there has been a request for it. Hopefully, by the beginning of March it should all be ready.

My post for today is just an outfit I wore in Nigeria that I never got around to posting. I miss the Sun. Hope you guys like it. Enjoy!

Home Sweet Home

Hi Guys,

You guys won't believe I just got the internet working today. Unbelievable right?! Men! Ko easy. Its good to be home! I think I've been to all the local food joints around because I always have mad cravings for all things Nigerian when I get home. lol! I'm getting used to the madness of Lagos already and I don join them. lol! A babe can't carry last.

This picture was the last one I took before my trip. I made the top and wanted to dress it down so I paired it with my boyfriend shorts. Hope you like? Enjoy!

Happy Independence day Nigeria!!!

Hiiiiiiiiii!!!!

Happy Independence day to all my fellow Nigerians. We have a long way to go in that country, that's all I will say about that because when I start talking about Nigeria, it becomes a rant.

I know I am starting to sound like a broken record with the way I've been apologizing and not even getting better at doing posts. This long hiatus wasn't actually my fault. I blame my laptop that decided to pack up on me, OK! it was partly my fault sha... Please forgive me guys, I shall try to do better for you.

I will be going to Nigeria this week!!!! Yay! and I will be there for a while, something major is happening in my life and I am so excited about it. I shall stop here. lol!
I can't even remember when I wore the outfit in this post, I just know it was a couple of Sundays ago. I tried to keep it simple. Enjoy!
